2) That is what we send. And for the title you type in 1,000,000 to get there attention. Now to know who doesn't have an alliance, you go to the bottom of your nation's page and type in (none) in your search engine. Then you click enter, and when the page comes up that is where all the nations are located who doesn't have an alliance.

3) If they write you back and they want to join, then you reply and send them this.
